What’s New: Diversity in the Workplace

“Increasingly workplace diversity isn’t just the right thing to do; it’s the smart thing to do.“ is a key theme that is reflected in the e-book titled How to Increase Diversity in the Workplace posted by Brazen. 

There are four chapters in this e-book that focus on unconscious bias, prioritizing diversity, labour shortage and workplace culture. Key messages featured in the e-book include:
