What’s New: Inclusive Workplace
“Research shows that inclusive workplaces are six times more likely to be innovative and twice as likely to meet or surpass financial goals,” states Laura Hamill, Chief People Officer at Limeade. give access to resources that enable employees to be inclusive;
engage employees to have a voice in decisions that impact their work;
recognize and value the uniqueness of employees;
provide opportunities for learning and development;
foster collaboration to inspire a sense of connection;
promote diverse ideas and perspectives that result in inclusive practices; and,
champion a sense of belonging.
