Inclusive Leadership Fosters Inclusive Excellence
Dr. Sharoni Denise Little and Tonisha Jester of USC Marshall School of Business co-authored the article Inclusive Leadership Fosters Inclusive Excellence featured in the Los Angeles Business Journal. The focus of this article is rooted in principle that intentional and authentic leadership is at the core of creating and sustaining a diverse, equitable and inclusive organization. The co-authors present a number of their experiences at USC Marshall designed to foster authentic leadership and confront unconscious or implicit bias. From the perspectives of Little and Jester, there were promising lessons learned from their lived experiences that support the finding that inclusive leadership fosters inclusive excellence.
