What’s New: Inclusive Leadership Toolkit

Babson College Executive Education in Wellesley, Massachusetts has created an Inclusive Leadership Toolkit for future-focused business executives. The toolkit stems from over 15 years of research and consulting by Dr. Angela Randolph and Dr. Wendy Murphy.

The Inclusive Leadership Toolkit intertwines research findings with lived experiences and includes questions to foster engagement dialogue. Some of the topics that are addressed in the toolkit include hallmarks of inclusive leaders, opportunities for corporate inclusion and mentorship.
