More Than A Feeling: Measuring Workplace Inclusion by Mary Young is an informative article featured in Work Design Magazine. The author discusses the role of digital technology is as promising application for measuring inclusion and tracking its progress over time. 

Young suggests that the starting point is to clearly understand that “inclusion lives inside individuals, between them, and outside in the workplace.” To compile data Young recommends a combination of approaches and taking advantage of new analytics tools and provides one example for consideration. From the perspective of the author, “Measuring inclusion can also provide new insights about the role of work design in fostering inclusiveness”
